About Kathy

There is a saying, “if you do something you love for a living, then, it’s not really work.”  That describes my situation as a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services The Preferred Realty.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh.  I attended and graduated from Pittsburgh Public Schools and I spent many years working with families and educating children in our great city.    As a retired principal of the Pittsburgh School District, I understand a parent's desire to have a safe and secure place for his or her family.  I also enjoy the shared stories of excitement from a child who has decorated his or her new bedroom or talk of sharing a space at the dining room table with a sibling to do his/her school project.

With that being said, if your dreams include buying your first house, expanding your family, downsizing your current living situation or you're just wanting to try something new, then, let me help you.  I have a passion for working with families to find that perfect place to call home or to help market a home when it's time to move to that next stage in life.
